Are you who we’re looking for?

Your communication and interpersonal skills are second to none

You have excellent understanding and knowledge of working within a wider kitchen team

Adhering to the company vales; a proud ambassador for the heritage of the location and applying quality to everything you do

You have appropriate certification (e.g. Health & Hygiene or Personal Licence) and have experience working in a similar environment

You have excellent knife skills and culinary knowledge; you are passionate about your job and want to push yourself in your career

What does the day to day look like?

To prepare and cook dishes to SOP standard every shift

To supervise any commis chefs working in your area to achieve all SOP standards.

To be fully aware of and comply with food hygiene regulations and report any breaches to senior chefs

To be fully aware of and ensure adherence to and compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Undertake cleaning/housekeeping duties as required to ensure high levels of hygiene are maintained at all times

Dealing with deliveries as directed recording delivery temperatures and storing in appropriate areas to house rule standards
