Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Romanian Speaking Teaching Assistant to support EAL (English as an Additional Language) students in a school in the Coventry area. You will work one-to-one with Romanian-speaking students, providing classroom assistance and tailored support for students with special educational needs. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in students’ academic progress and language development.

Required Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:

* Fluency in Romanian

* TA experience, particularly working with EAL students

* SEN experience, supporting students with additional learning needs

* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt learning strategies to support language development
