TQR are excited to be working with a new client in Chorley recruiting for their Registered Manager. Our client is looking for an Ofsted Registered Manager with experience and previous ratings or looking for a Deputy Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career and will provide training and support.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be overseeing the creating and running of the home. Creating a safe and loving home for the young children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). You will be responsible for setting up and leading the registration with Ofsted and establishing a caring environment. The Children our client works with are between the ages of 8 and 17.

Requirements:

* Residential Childcare experience (3 Years)

* Children’s Home Management (1 year)

This role is a Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.

The successful candidate will need to be approved by the appropriate statutory body. This will require full OFSTED registration in accordance with their respective conditions and timescales.
