Do you have a master's with 2+ years' experience within a supply chain environment? Are you a self-starter with entrepreneurial flair and a keen interest in the supply chain industry?

A dynamic and entrepreneurial supply chain, pricing and financing services company are looking for Associates to join their exceptional leadership development programme

This is a structured training program intended to develop the future talent of the organisation.

You will have the opportunity to spend time across various departments including: Trading, Trade Finance, Advisory, Derivatives, and Operations, allowing you to build relationships across the business,

During the programme you will familiarise yourself with the business, develop your communication and negotiation skills as well as take on exciting new projects. During the training period you will be assigned a mentor to ensure you are getting the most out of the program and to ensure that you are given the opportunity to transfer your learning into the workplace.
