Location
Based in Bristol or Birmingham depending on where the successful candidate is located.

Job Role

The right candidate must have a strong background in Rail, small works or Facilities Management. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Commercial Manager to join our team, to based between Birmingham and Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and develop a commercial team while working on a diverse portfolio of projects. You will be managing a team of up to 25 individuals. 

Experience Required

Membership of a Professional Institution - such as SCSI or RICS
Previous experience in a similar role 
Rail, FM or small works background 
Financial Management
Dispute resolution
Behavioural Based Safety (BBS)
Managing and leading others
Experienced managing a team
Line Manager experience desirable 
Salary/ Benefits 

Competitive Salary with yearly increase
Salary- £85k - £105k per year depending on experience
