Walker & Sloan is searching for an experienced Site Manager to join the residential arm of a respected contractor, overseeing a medium-sized development in Exeter. This role involves leading all on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, managing timelines, and ensuring that all project objectives are met to the highest standards.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for quality control, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring health and safety compliance on-site. You will work closely with the Assistant Site Manager and collaborate with the wider team to drive successful project delivery. Strong organizational skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality are essential for success in this position.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in residential site management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Knowledge of local building regulations and construction practices will be beneficial.
