The Role

As General Manager, you’ll lead the charge in running our student accommodation as a standalone business. You’ll oversee operations, drive performance, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll be a key player in shaping an engaging and supportive environment for students from around the globe.

What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming space for students.

Manage budgets and KPIs, driving financial performance and operational excellence.

Build and lead a motivated, high-performing team.

Cultivate strong relationships with students, universities, and stakeholders.

Foster a vibrant community with events and initiatives to enhance the student experience.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations.

What We’re Looking For

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Experience in PBSA, hospitality, or related sectors is a plus.

Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver results.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
