This permanent role offers £35,000 per annum where you'll ensure seamless operations across project management activities while supporting dynamic teams.
Our client is a leading property and construction firm with a reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget. They are looking for a Team Administrator to join their team and help them continue their success.
As a Team Administrator, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with the Office and Design Manager to facilitate smooth project execution. This will involve generating various documents using Microsoft applications, including Excel workload trackers. You will also be responsible for managing documentation control via workflow systems, ensuring consistency across all practice materials. Additionally, you will record minutes at weekly meetings accurately capturing actionable items.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong project management support skills, ensuring that processes are streamlined effectively under guidance from leadership roles such as the Office and Design Manager. You should also have excellent document control proficiency, with acute attention-to-detail skills required for controlling official records on multiple platforms. Maintaining orderliness throughout extensive document exchanges will be paramount.
In this role, you will need to have Microsoft Suite expertise, harnessing advanced capabilities of MS Applications like Excel. This not only allows tracking but also adds value through efficient data manipulation, which supports team functions substantially. You should also have effective communication skills, playing an integral part by coordinating communications between vetting teams or supply chain representatives necessitates clear articulation abilities.
