I am currently on the look for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join our client’s team for the new year, a leading property services company, on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role offers the chance to make a real impact while developing your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for tenants during property maintenance and refurbishment projects.
* Provide clear and regular updates, addressing any concerns or queries tenants may have.
* Coordinate schedules with contractors to minimize disruption to tenants.
* Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and project progress.
* Resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
* Ensure all communications reflect empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellent service.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within property services, housing, or social care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
* Proficiency in record-keeping and administrative tasks.
* A valid UK driving license is desirable.
