Location: Lodge Farm, Northampton
Contract Type: Full-time | Fixed-term contract
Salary: £27,500 - £29,500
Hours - Shift patterns vary between 7am-7pm (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, chat, and social channels.
Coordinate deliveries with the logistics team based in Germany, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, delivery schedules, and feedback, while assisting in document translation.
Liaise with delivery teams to ensure clear communication and smooth service execution.
Collect customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay key insights to the management team.What we are looking for:

Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken (language proficiency will be assessed).
Previous customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively handle challenging situations.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.What’s in it for you?
