Are you passionate about all things training?
We are excited to work with a global business who need a hands-on training professional to look after their customer service and sales team.
Working from their busy office in Leicester you will act as an integral part of the business coordinating all the training needs within the sales and service team.
The role
Create and launch bespoke training modules
Design, create, develop, customise and maintain learning solution content
Providing 1:1 coaching sessions
Take responsibility for all necessary administrative duties within the role including diary training scheduling
Research, propose and design training sessions to help onboard new employees and up-skill existing employees
Working closely with management to support team members
Ability to fully understand new processes and adapt to real time business changes
Identify gaps in training and implement new plans accordingly
The candidate
Experience in a sales/ customer service training role
Excellent communication skills
Preferable knowledge of Salesforce but not essential
Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Excellent organisational skills
Experience mentoring team members
Responsibility for the delivery of our induction programme
