As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for cv searching for jobs by sourcing and attracting candidates, running compliance and reporting to the Senior Consultant . You will have the opportunity to work on the Industrial Temp Division, having the chance to grow and develop your career within a company that values innovation and results.

Recruitment Resourcer Job Role:

* CV searching using cv search platform and tools

* Running and managing compliance and completing relevant checks

* Data input

* Candidate attraction for suitable roles

* Meeting team targets in a fast-paced environment

* Staying up to date with industry trends and market developments

* Going on client meetings/drops with Senior Consultant to clients and prospect clients

Recruitment Resourcer Experience Required:

* Previous experience working in an Industrial or Manufacturing Recruitment environment (Resourcer or Account Manager)

* Strong track record of attracting and sourcing candidates

* Excellent relationship-building skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team

* Ambitious, resilient, and a results-driven mindset
