Metalis are working with a leading manufacturer based in Worcester who due to expansion are looking for a Toolroom Technician to join the team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Millings, Turning, Grinding, Bench Fitting duties
Stripping / Assembling dies and trimtools
Use of Overhead Crane / FLT
Maintaining Die and Trim tool conditions
Supporting other priorities within the toolroom e.g. machine breakdowns
Working in a disciplined, methodical approach, complying with all Company Procedures
Adhering to strict health and safety proceduresThe Successful Candidate will have:

Previous experience Turning, Milling, Grinding or Bench Fitting (essential)
Experience operating the Overhead Crane / FLT (Ideally - training can be given)
A "can do" attitude
Experience using hand and power tools
Salary:

£30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)
Days & Afternoons (6am - 2pm, 2pm-10pm)
16% Shift Allowance on Afternoons
