This is a Monday - Friday, day shift, (8-4) static role in a client side estates team.

Within the mechanical maintenance role you will be responsible for:
Water treatment
Mechanical plant maintenance
Pumps, Filters
HVAC
PPMs and some reactive maintenance
Although not a hospital, this is an ideal role for a building services engineer who has worked in a hospital setting with varied mechanical and plumbing maintenance experience and qualifications.
For this Mechanical Maintenance role, we are looking for:
A NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds in Mechanical Engineering, or a Mechanical engineering degree or HND
Previous experience working in a hospital or similar environment within building services engineering
Experience working on planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a wide range of technical & mechanical plant and equipment found in a typical engineering or healthcare environment.
Experience of water compliance, TMVs, legionella management and water systems
Living close to South West London
