What does the role involve?
* Carrying out all supportive administration functions within the office and support processes on site
* Managing the in-house systems and databases
* Liaising and communicating with others within the Customers on the phone
* Managing and maintaining office files
* Ensuring high levels of customer service with our clients and ensuring a high level of performance is maintained at all times.
* Ensure that all jobs are documented correctly.
Your Experience
* Experience within an Administration role would be an advantage however full training will be given
* Can multi-Task and prioritise duties.
* Strong IT Experience (Excel and Word)
