Job Title: Technical Trainer (Digital Marketing/Social Media & Web Design)
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE

Deliver engaging, interactive, and practical training sessions on Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Web Design.
Design and update course materials, including presentations, manuals, exercises, and assessments.
Conduct workshops, live demonstrations, and hands-on sessions to reinforce learning.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and web design.
Assess and evaluate learners' progress through quizzes, projects, and feedback sessions.
Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to help learners achieve their goals.Requirements

Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media management, and Web Design.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, SEO tools.
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring is a strong advantage.
Ability to tailor content delivery to diverse audiences, from beginners to advanced learners.
