Project Manager level individual required for a 6 Month project in Manchester
 
CAT A & B Project, single floor, 60,000 sq ft - £8M over 27 weeks, commencing 5th May 2025.
 
Works will include;
 
Strip out of ceiling and all services, raised access floor remaining. New services, acoustics in the ceiling void, floor to ceiling glazed partitions for multiple cellular office space, full decorations.
 
Reporting into a Senior Contracts Manager, they are looking for an experienced, client facing individual that can control the programme and paperwork, managing an area of the project with 2 other Managers also working on the project.
 
Will need to possess strong IT skills along with usual Construction related Certification.
 
Competitive day rate available.
