Location: Kirklees
Salary: £54,317 to £55,267 per year
 
Join us as a Strategy and Performance Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of housing and community services in Kirklees. As part of the Growth and Regeneration team, you’ll drive strategic asset management and support the Head of Service in developing long-term plans for homes and services that prioritize residents and communities.
 
Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate Capital and Revenue investment programs for Council Housing.
Establish and implement 5-year investment programs aligned with strategic priorities.
Champion the Asset Management Strategy to help meet Kirklees Housing Standards.
Oversee a team of asset and technical specialists to ensure program delivery on time and within budget.
Collaborate with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders to drive positive change. About You

You have experience in strategic planning and asset management.
