Job Duties:

Keeping construction sites clean and tidy
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
Removing debris and hazardous materials
Emptying bins and disposing of waste properly
Assisting with general maintenance tasks

Required Qualifications:

No formal qualifications required
Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
Physical stamina and strength
Reliability and punctuality

Experience:

Prior experience in cleaning or maintenance roles preferred but not essential

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in cleaning or health and safety training
Experience working in a construction environment

Working Conditions:

Exposure to dust, dirt, and potentially hazardous materials
Physical demanding role requiring standing, bending, and lifting
May need to work in various weather conditions
Full-time hours with potential for overtime
