We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in recruitment and make a significant impact in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Your role will be varied, and duties will include:

* Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles across different sectors.

* Email and telephone marketing campaigns.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

* Conducting interviews and providing candidates with feedback.

* Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including writing job advertisements, short listing candidates, and arranging interviews.

* Assisting senior consultants with business development and client engagement.

* Providing an excellent level of service and candidate care.

We look for individuals that have:

* Previous experience in a sales role of any shape or form (telesales, field sales, retail sales)

* Confident communication and interpersonal skills.

* A proactive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn and develop within the recruitment field.

* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

* A passion for building relationships.

* A strong work ethic and drive to meet targets and exceed expectations.

* Driving licence and own car.
