Description

Oversee daily operations and make necessary decisions
Project manage operational and logistics arrangements
Event planning for board meetings, visits, workshops and events
Ensure compliance with regulations and legal guidelines and policies
Coordinate with different departments to achieve organisational goals
Manage resources and budget effectively
Implement policies that promote company culture and vision
Perform evaluations and feedback to improve operations
Lead and motivate employees to high performanceProfile

A successful Operations Manager should have:

Relevant educational qualifications in business administration or related field
Proven experience in an Operations Manager role or similar
Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills
Strong understanding of business functions and principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management and strategic planning
Ability to manage, guide and lead employees

An estimated salary range of £43,000 - £45,000 GBP per year
