This is a great opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to work for a reputable business within their Facilities Management division based in their office between Reading and High Wycombe. The company are continuing to grow with recently being awarded new contracts, hold a personable feel and give their employees all the opportunities to grow and develop within the business.
The Coordinator will assist in managing a portfolio of 20+ tenanted properties across London, providing support in overseeing property and facilities maintenance, ensuring effective delivery of services.
Duties:
Support Property and Facilities Management
Helpdesk Service
Relationship Management
Health and Safety Compliance
Maintenance Coordination
Contract Management
Document Management
Financial Management
Experience / Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience within Facility or property management (essential)
Previous helpdesk experience
Facilities management experience
Knowledge of working with FM CAFM system (essential)
IWFM (desirable)
IOSH / NEBOSH (desirable)
Salary and Benefits:
Monday to Friday 37.5 hour week
£30,000 - £32,000
