Health, Safety & Well-being Advisor
Location: Gravesend, Kent
Salary: £45K per annum + excellent benefits

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Well-being Advisor to join a well-established organisation, ensuring compliance and fostering a strong health and safety culture across a dynamic and high-risk environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert advice and guidance on health, safety, and well-being matters.

* Support managers, safety representatives, and staff to ensure compliance with H&S regulations.

* Conduct audits, risk assessments, and investigations to drive continuous improvement.

* Contribute to the development and implementation of health, safety, and well-being initiatives.

* Collaborate with key stakeholders to promote a positive safety culture.

Requirements:

* Demonstrable experience in a Health, Safety & Well-being role (preferably within a high-risk environment).

* NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent qualification).

* Membership of IOSH (or equivalent professional body).

* Working knowledge of ISO 45001 and CDM regulations.

* Internal auditing experience.

* Full, clean UK driving licence.
