Pay: £13.40 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Corby. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods, and managing a small team to ensure high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Oversee the day-to-day activities in the warehouse, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in line with company procedures.
Ensure that all inventory is properly tracked, organized, and accounted for.
Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Ensure that performance targets and KPIs are met, with a focus on quality and productivity.
Provide training and development for warehouse staff to improve skills and knowledge.
Liaise with other departments to coordinate logistics and ensure timely deliveries.
Handle any issues or discrepancies related to inventory or operational concerns.Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably within a logistics or distribution environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Good understanding of warehouse operations and best practices.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
