The Role:

As an Accounts Senior, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and limited companies, providing high-quality accounting and advisory services. Your responsibilities will include:

✔ Preparing year-end accounts and financial statements

✔ Reviewing management accounts, VAT returns, and tax computations

✔ Supporting and mentoring junior team members

✔ Building strong client relationships and offering proactive business advice

✔ Liaising with HMRC and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations

About You:

? ACA / ACCA qualified or part-qualified (or QBE with strong practice experience)

? Experience in an accountancy firm handling a varied client portfolio

? Proficient in cloud accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)

? Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax compliance

? Excellent communication and client management skills
