We are looking for an Architectural Technician Part II to join a developing Architectural practice. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to architectural design and technical drawings.

The working hours are 37.5 per week, 9am – 5:30pm (an hour lunch break), Monday to Friday.

Essentials:

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Sketchup and other design software

* Strong understanding of building regulations and construction methods

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications:

* Degree in Architecture or related field

The firm offers a competitive salary £20,000 - £30,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonus, on-site parking, 20 days annual leave (increasing with service, 25 days) + bank holidays etc.
