About the Role

‍ 1:1 Student Support: Provide personalised assistance to students with additional needs, helping them thrive in the classroom.
Inclusive Teaching: Adapt learning approaches to meet individual needs and create a supportive, engaging environment.
✏️ Classroom Assistance: Work alongside the class teacher to prepare resources, support lessons, and deliver tailored learning activities.

Adaptability & Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to support students with diverse needs.
Behaviour Management: Experience in effectively managing student behaviour.
Experience in SEND: Previous experience working in a SEND environment is essential.

Compliance: Ability to provide suitable references and pass a DBS check.
