Team Leader
 
Based in Lowestoft, Suffolk
£12.97 per hour 
30 hours a week 
8:30am till 16:00pm 
4 days a week plus some evenings / weekends
 
Here at Hales we are looking to recruit Team Leaders in Lowestoft or nearby. In this role you will be working with our client on a shift pattern of morning, evening, daytime, weekend, sleep ins and waking nights. You will be expected to perform roles and responsibilities through working with out customers and through working in the office. 
 
You will need to have the skill set to mentor, motivate and coach a staff team delivering support to adults with learning disabilities. 
 
You will be expected to work partly in an office and the rest on shift assisting service users with their daily tasks. Around 18.5 hours of your day will be in the customers houses and the second half being office based that are both on a 2 weekly rota.
 
Applicants will need: 

RQF Level 3 in Social Care ( or equivalent qualification ) 
Good It Skills
Experience working with people in a social care setting
Effective communication skills 
Ability to travel to different locations within the service (Suffolk)
Must be flexible as shift times may change Applicants will not to provide 2 references and complete an enhanced DBS check.
