The Residential Conveyancing Lawyer

Proven experience in residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgaging.
Ability or interest in handling commercial property transactions.
Strong knowledge of property law and compliance.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.
Licensed as a solicitor in England and Wales, with relevant industry qualifications.
