Chemotherapy Nurse

What you’ll do:
As a Chemotherapy Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. Key responsibilities include:
* Administering haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments, as outlined in care plans.
* Providing holistic, tailored nursing care to support patients through their treatment journey.
* Monitoring and reporting clinical data, including managing adverse drug events using the correct protocols.
* Building strong relationships with patients, carers, and healthcare stakeholders to support recovery.
* Staying up to date with clinical knowledge and addressing any competency gaps to deliver safe, effective care.
What you’ll need to apply:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
* Current registration as a General Nurse (RGN).
* Experience in the administration of chemotherapy.
* Competence in cannulation and conducting clinical assessments.
* A full UK driving licence, as regional travel is essential.
