TSR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a site manager with new build experience for a project in Sheffield. This permanent opportunity is with a regional construction business operating across the East Midlands and south Yorkshire regions.

The project is a valued around £10m and is a new build scheme that will benefit the local community. A regional, tier 2 contractor with many years successful trading, this contractor works with private and public clients and has a fantastic reputation.  

The Role

Lead the site team to successful project completion
Promoting and enforcing health & safety
Toolbox talks
Managing sub-contractors - site presence and quality monitoring
Managing programme
Meet with client and manage expectations

The Person

A proactive approach
Strong communication skills
Good IT skills
New build experience with projects up to £10m
Organised and professional
SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS (Black card ideally)
