Take responsibility for the review and issue of monthly contract P&Ls along with supporting analysis and commentary providing insight and variance analyses for contract directors.
Maintain accurate and up to date costings for contracts and sites using excel and systems.
Ensure that revenue billing is complete and accurate.
Monitor the provision of additional services to contract customers and ensure that financial controls are in place such that all such services are delivered profitably.
Provide support and analysis for new business tenders.
Maintain regular dialogue with TCFM colleagues and customer contacts to remain up to date on all financial aspects of contract operations and to enable early identification of risks and opportunities.
Preparation of annual budget and regular forecasts.
Ad hoc duties as requested by the Finance Director
