What you’ll be doing:
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll be the maestro behind the scenes, conducting the talent symphony. You’ll become the expert of searching via job boards & social media, whilst attending networking events.

Key Responsibilities:

* Master the art of sourcing and searching to attract the most elusive candidates.

* Craft engaging job descriptions that make candidates say, "Wow, this is THE job for me!"

* Juggle multiple tasks such as customer service, administration tasks and other ad hoc tasks.

* Build relationships with potential candidates and keep them excited throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

* No specific qualifications or experience is required for this role but what is important is a can-do attitude and willingness to learn!

* Being organised, with exceptional communication skills will definitely help in this role.
