Job Title: FLT Driver – Rotational Shifts (Temp to Perm)

Pay: £12.00 - £18.00 per hour

Shifts: Days, Afters, and Nights

We’re looking for an experienced FLT Driver to join our busy manufacturing team. This is a Temp to Perm role, so there’s the potential to become permanent after a successful probation period. You'll be helping with production by operating FLT trucks and supporting with other factory tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving a Counterbalance FLT to move materials and stock.
Assisting with factory tasks using hand tools and machinery.
Supporting the production team to keep things running smoothly.
Following health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

FLT Licence (Counterbalance).
Previous experience is a plus but not essential.
Flexible and able to work rotating shifts.

Shift Details:

Days: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Afters: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Nights: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Weekly rotation between days, afternoons, and nights.
Overtime available at time and a half.

Benefits:

£12 to £18 per hour.
