The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing high-value contracts and leading procurement strategies.

Description

Developing and implementing innovative procurement strategies
Managing high-value contracts and supplier relationships
Ensuring procurement practices adhere to public sector regulations
Timely production of compliant sourcing plans and contract awards
Ongoing supplier performance and risk management
Development of market analysis and multi-year category plans in pursuit of the team's transformation plan
Use and promotion of procurement data analytics and MI.
Driving cost-saving initiatives
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their procurement needs
Monitoring supplier performance and enforcing contractual obligationsProfile

A successful Senior Procurement and Contracts Manager should have:

Expertise in managing high-value contracts and supplier relationships
It is essential that the successful candidate has professional services experience in L&D training
Strong knowledge of public sector procurement regulations
Experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies
Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor a team
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to drive cost-saving initiatives
