As an HR Manager, you will be required to:
* Establish and develop a full HR function, including recruitment and onboarding
* Create and implement HR policies and procedures
* Manage employee relations and performance management
* Ensure compliance with UK employment laws
* Oversee compensation, benefits, and health & safety initiatives
Candidate:
* Degree in HR or related field (CIPD preferred)
* 5+ years of HR management experience
* Proven experience in setting up HR functions
* Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and excellent communication skills
