The Role

Senior Estimator

My client are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to their pre-construction team.

You will be responsible for produce high-quality quotations and accurate costings for façade, roofing, and refurbishments with a value between £500 and £250,000.

Key tasks include site visits, preparing quotes, liaising with procurement and client relationship management.

Experience in estimating in the external envelope, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
