Although this is a full time role, our client will also consider a 30 hour week.
What you will be doing:
As a generalist HR Advisor, you’ll take the lead on all aspects of employee relations, confidently managing disciplinary cases from start to finish. This is a true generalist role, offering opportunities to build strong relationships across the business, while handling a variety of tasks, including:
Employee Relations: Provide advice and guidance on disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and flexible working requests.
Recruitment & Selection: Support end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and appoint the very best staff.
Attendance & Absence Support: Assist with absence management, ensuring a proactive and efficient process.
General HR Queries: Handle day-to-day HR enquiries with professionalism and care.You’ll also collaborate with an experienced HR Administrator, who oversees the administration side of things, leaving you free to focus on delivering proactive, strategic support across the HR spectrum.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: A strong HR generalist background, with hands-on experience managing employee relations cases.
Skills: Exceptional organisation, initiative, and confidence to handle whatever lands on your desk.
Relationship Building: The ability to form strong, effective relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to your work, with a natural ability to meet deadlines.
