HR Apprentice| 18 Month Fixed Term Contract | Salary £6.40ph - £8.40ph depending on level of Apprenticeship.

As our next HR Apprentice, you'll be working towards either a Level 3 or Level 5 qualification depending on previous experience, alongside supporting the smooth running of Encirc' s early talent programmes, including apprenticeships and work experience placements. This will include maintaining accurate records, researching local careers events to promote Encirc and responding to enquiries received via multiple channels. You will also provide administrative support to the wider Talent Team.

You will be enthusiastic with a positive outlook, have excellent attention to detail and be a team player who is also confident to work alone using your own initiative.

The Key Requirements

A strong academic background - minimum of 5 GCSE, including Maths and English at Grades A to C or 9 to 4
Excellent communication and organisational skills
