The Company

An established Manufacturing business with multiple sites. An SME privately own company who has a reputation for outstanding service. Supplying to clients both in the UK & Internationally they are going from strength to strength. You will be an integral part of the business overseeing all of the business operational departments across multiple sites within the Midlands.

What will do you as the General Manager

* Overseeing all head of department inc HR, Operations, Sales and Manufacturing

* Set and achieve strategic goals, KPI’s and operate within financial budgets & targets

* Implementing the company policies and procedures

* Report to the Board on P&L and Sales forecasting

* Responsible for the overall success of the business, for improved efficiency and increased profits

* Working with senior finance team and plan projects to increase revenue markets

What you will need as General Manager

* A strong background in Manufacturing and maintaining IS9001

* Be happy to manage multiple sites

* Worked for an SME in both a hands on and strategic role

* Significant experience around business development and increasing market revenues

* Previously worked as an MD or GM

* In depth understanding of productivity implementing change to improve productivity levels
