Teaching Assistant - Primary School - Grantham

Simply Education is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Grantham, providing vital classroom support to learners throughout the school day. This is a full-time role, but part-time applicants will be considered for the right candidate.

The Role:

Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.

Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils reach their learning goals.

Assist with classroom management, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Help prepare resources and materials to support the delivery of lessons.

Support children with their social and emotional development, promoting confidence and engagement in learning.

Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and school leadership to ensure all students receive the support they need.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience working with children in a primary school or educational setting (preferred but not essential).

A passion for supporting young learners and making a difference in their education.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work flexibly and adapt to different classroom settings.

A patient and nurturing approach to supporting pupils of all abilities.
