An Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ college in Greater Manchester is on the lookout for Electrical Installation Lecturers and Assessors to join their growing apprenticeship team. Whether you’ve worked on-site, in commercial or domestic settings, your real-world knowledge is exactly what the next generation needs. And don’t worry—no teaching experience is required. The college will fully support you to gain your teaching and assessing qualifications on the job.

The Role:

Train and assess apprentices working towards their Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification.
Deliver sessions in college and on-site, supporting learners with both technical and professional skills.
Guide apprentices through to AM2 and successful end-point assessment.
Collaborate with employers to ensure apprentices are progressing and job-ready.
Make a real difference by helping shape the future workforce in the electrical sector.   
What You Need:

Industry experience as a qualified electrician
Minimum Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification and 18th edition
A genuine desire to mentor and support young electricians   
What's on Offer:

Competitive Salary: £30,000–£40,000 per annum (based on experience)
Enrolment to teachers pension scheme with an excellent 28.68% employer contribution
