This varied role is split between the office and site visits, your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing contracts, while liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. You'll monitor project progress, conduct site visits and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines, while being a point of contact to ensure work complies with specifications.
