Our client, an international sportswear brand, is looking for an experienced wholesale operations manager.

As the Operations Manager you will work hands on, managing the day to operations from Sales Orders to Delivery to clients.

Title: Operations Manager, Global Sportswear Brand

Roles and Responsibilities include:

* Management of seasonal international Sales Orders and Purchase Orders

* Managing Free-On-Board (FOB) prices and selling prices

* Raising and issuing sample orders and Purchase Orders to factories.

* Providing packing instructions for samples shipment.

* Uploading all styles correctly into ERP System at the start of the season to reflect the latest changes and updates.

* Managing from PO to Delivery to the customer.

* Preparing Margin sheets to help with price negotiations both with the factories and customer.

* Creating Items, Sales Order Confirmation/ PO/ PI on - ERP System.

* Collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of the products.

Skills and Experience required:

* Must have fashion wholesale operations experience.

* Good Excel skills – pivot table and vlook up

* Experience in any ERP system

* Quick learner, friendly nature, appetite for growth
