Person Specification

Qualifications and Experience

* Excellent level of technical experience in all aspects of IT infrastructure on premise and cloud

* Experience in managing critical IT systems to an agreed SLA.

* At least 5 years 3rd level IT support experience.

* Project management and delivering IT projects to agreed timescales and budget.

* Experience with dealing with all levels of management.

* Azure certifications desirable

* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical colleagues and suppliers.

* Ability to lead (by example) and motivate people.

* Responsible attitude.

* Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a pro-active approach to problem solving.
