Grounds Maintenance Operative

About the Role: We're seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative with military precision and attention to detail to join our professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain grounds and landscapes to exceptional standards

* Operate and maintain grounds maintenance equipment

* Apply pesticides and herbicides safely and effectively

* Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments

* Lead and coordinate maintenance activities

Essential Requirements:

* Military background preferred

* Min. 1 year experience

* PA1 and PA6a certification (or willingness to obtain)

* Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

* Excellent team working abilities

* Valid UK driving license

Location: Horndean, willing to travel around Ham Barn, Liss, Petersfield and surrounding area.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, This will initially be a 12 week temp arrangement with a goal to go permanent afterwards
