Are you a Plumbing Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable, static role in central Birmingham? Do you want to be part of a company that offers great benefits and values its employees?
  
This is a brand-new contract on a large, high-profile site in Birmingham, and our client is looking to hire an on-site Plumbing Maintenance Engineer to handle planned and reactive maintenance of Mechanical & Electrical building services.
  
As a Mechanically biased Engineer, you will take ownership of the building, building strong relationships with both the client and building manager. While previous experience as a site engineer is ideal, we also welcome mobile engineers looking to transition into a static role.
  
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out Mechanical PPMs and Reactive Maintenance
Perform Statutory Compliance Testing (e.g., emergency lighting & fire alarms)
Complete various Building Services tasks
Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to deliver top-tier service
Conduct AHU & HVAC PPMs
Basic fabric maintenance tasks (e.g., changing lamps)   
Requirements:

City & Guilds (C&G) or NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering
Experience working on HVAC systems (advantageous)
Previous site-based or mobile maintenance experience
