What you'll be doing;

Collaborate with Lead Maintenance Technician to ensure efficient plant operations.

Implement planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimize downtime and maximize profit.

Plan and schedule maintenance activities to optimize uptime and availability.

Manage maintenance budget to meet P&L projections.

Perform maintenance on various plant equipment, including conveyors, baling equipment, and separation technologies.

Apply knowledge of mobile plant operations.

Adhere to company quality, environmental, and health and safety regulations.

Oversee contractor safety, including inductions and method statement reviews.

Coordinate facility maintenance operations and liaise with internal and external customers.

Implement maintenance strategy tools, best practices, and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations.

What we're looking for;

Strong planning management

Experience in the mobile and fixed plant

Experience with large scale process equipment.

Experience with engineering contractors

Experience with organising external contractors with large and small projects

Large and small project control and management.

Sound knowledge and understanding of Statutory inspection regulations.

Low voltage power systems

Understanding of condition monitoring techniques

Control Systems and Software (DCS/SCADA/HMI/PLC)
