Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager

Location: Rawtenstall

Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 depending on experience

Red Rock Consultants are recruiting for an Drylining Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager in Rawtenstall.

Job Description:

You will be required to work with both the commercial and estimating teams to implement all estimating and procurement matters required to ensure the success of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* To control the financial/commercial aspects of several projects simultaneously

* Track costs with the site management team to ensure that projects are delivered within budget

* Attending meetings to provide input and support to the projects

* To price and prepare monthly financial reports and cashflow forecasts throughout the duration of the projects

Requirements:

* Previous experience with drylining is a must

* Good knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts

* CSCS card

* Full UK driving licence
