? Location: Warrington (Static Site)
? Salary: £48,000 + Package
⏰ Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (7am – 4pm)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at a static site in Warrington. Leading a team of two engineers and a mobile plumber, you’ll ensure the smooth running of site activities, delivering high-quality building services and maintaining compliance with health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project timelines are met

* Manage and support a small team of engineers and subcontractors

* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain high service standards

* Conduct site inspections and ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within the building services or facilities management sector

* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

* Knowledge of health & safety regulations and site compliance

* Relevant site management qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid preferred)
